Welcome to FirstProof. These Terms of Service govern your use of our store and your purchase and use of our digital products.
1. Digital Products
FirstProof sells downloadable digital products, including editable templates, forms, documents, worksheets, and related digital resources. No physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase through the download methods made available by our store. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to their purchase information.
3. License and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a FirstProof digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for their own personal or internal business use.
You may customize the files for your own use.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the original or modified files.
- Upload the files to another marketplace, website, file-sharing service, membership library, or resale platform.
- Claim the templates or designs as your own intellectual property.
- Use the files to create competing digital products for resale or redistribution.
4. Intellectual Property
All original designs, layouts, written content, systems, branding, and digital materials sold by FirstProof remain the intellectual property of FirstProof or their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
5. Templates and Professional Advice
FirstProof products are provided as organizational and informational resources. Editable policies, forms, agreements, questionnaires, or similar documents are templates only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, medical, educational, or other professional advice.
Customers are responsible for reviewing, customizing, and determining whether any template is appropriate for their specific situation and complies with applicable laws, regulations, and professional requirements.
6. Product Compatibility
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe included file types, formats, dimensions, and editing requirements. Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and confirming compatibility with their software, devices, or workflow before purchasing.
7. Refunds
Because our products are delivered digitally, purchases are generally final once the files have been delivered or made available for download. Refunds and replacements are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
8. Pricing and Payment
Prices may change without prior notice. Payment must be successfully completed before access to purchased digital products is provided. We reserve the right to correct pricing, listing, or technical errors when necessary.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use our store or products for unlawful purposes, intellectual-property infringement, fraudulent activity, unauthorized redistribution, or any activity that violates applicable law.
