Digital Delivery Policy

FirstProof sells digital products delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Digital Delivery

After successful payment, purchased digital products are made available electronically through Shopify’s digital delivery system. Customers may receive access through the order confirmation or download page and through the email address provided at checkout.

Most digital products are available shortly after payment is successfully processed. In some cases, payment verification or technical processing may cause a brief delay.

Shipping Fees

There are no physical shipping or delivery fees for digital products.

Download Access

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout and maintaining access to the email account used for the purchase.

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact FirstProof so we can assist with legitimate delivery or file-access issues.

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, all products sold by FirstProof are digital downloads. Nothing will be mailed or physically delivered.
